FURNITURE
We often don’t have the physical space to store donated items, however we have an excellent relationship with the team at St Vincent De Paul who have some capacity to manage donated items for us.
If you have good quality items of furniture you would like to donate please contact us. Items such as drawers, tables and chairs, bookshelves, coffee tables, bedside cabinets, Queen sized beds, fridge freezers and washing machines are regularly needed when families have secured a home and provide enormous relief as they begin to rebuild their lives.
FOOD
While we can’t anticipate what a woman might need to start a new life free from violence, the following items are aways helpful: petrol vouchers, meat packs, toilet paper, general grocery items or supermarket vouchers. Full sized, shampoo and conditioner are also useful items as are cleaning products. We currently have a good supply of sanitary products thanks to generous donations from our community.
